My art practice responds to the messiness in my mind and my surroundings with an aim to pinning things down. Making sense with color, gesture and bricolage, I always try to allow more mistakes and unknowing to come through. I use ink, digital photography, charcoal and watercolor to layer spaces and bodies. I'm interested in how my embodied experience as an autistic creative director complicates my art-making with bleed through from internet culture, motherhood and capitalism.
I carve out time to make art in between raising three kids, working as an ACD at The Program, and loading the dishwasher.
